Terms & Conditions
Collegiate Success Coaching, LLC provides services under the following terms and conditions. When you visit our website, access, purchase or use any of our information, resources or services, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
This agreement is for a private Academic Life Coaching and/or ADHD Coaching program with Collegiate Success Coaching, LLC, during which your coach will provide support and mentoring on the topics that are most relevant to your student’s identified needs. This program helps college students to develop the strategies, habits, and beliefs they need in order to achieve one or more of the following goals: 1. Improving executive functioning skills (planning, organizing, managing time, etc.) 2. Learning effective study skills (how to study for tests, take notes, etc.) 3. Improving mindset (reducing stress, improving motivation, gaining confidence, etc.) 4. Exploring potential majors or careers (identifying career interests, strengths, etc.)
Our coaches are committed to providing students with information, resources, support, and encouragement to help them develop important life skills, make decisions, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. The specific results obtained from this program are individual, and will vary depending upon your student’s personality, dedication, commitment to the process, and willingness to apply the information and insights from their sessions. While coaching generally increases students’ likelihood of success, there is no guarantee that your student will achieve a specific result, earn a certain grade, etc. as a result of our work together. Collegiate Success Coaching, LLC does not perform the function of an academic subject area expert or course tutor. No verbal or written promise or guarantee of Grade Point Average (GPA) or letter grade is made or implied through the use of our information, resources, strategies, or services.
Statement of Confidentiality: A successful coaching relationship depends on students’ ability to be open and honest with their coach during sessions. For this reason, coaches keep personal information students disclose to them during their sessions confidential, unless there is evidence of situations where students are in distress or pose a threat to themselves and/or someone else. Upon request, coaches are happy to provide parents with an overview of the topics covered and progress made in their coaching sessions, without providing specific details of their conversations that could compromise the student’s confidentiality or the efficacy of their coaching relationship. All parent/sponsor communication with the coach should include the student/client. Information shared by the client during the coaching process or the delivery of services shall remain confidential to the extent provided by law. The client may request that pertinent information be disclosed. With the client’s written permission, we will contact third parties (i.e. mental health professionals, instructors, parents, sponsors, and or guardians).
Satisfaction: If you or your student are not satisfied with the coaching program, please let us know as soon as possible. Most issues can be resolved by clarifying expectations, addressing any underlying issues, and adjusting our plans for how to move forward. If, after we have attempted to improve the situation, we are still not seeing satisfactory results, you can choose to discontinue coaching sessions at any time and receive a refund for any remaining unscheduled coaching sessions on your account, prorated per session, minus $150 for the Personal Coaching Agreement, LASSI assessment, and onboard screening process.
Disputes: Any client dispute arising from the use of our information and resources and the provision of services, shall first be addressed to a qualified mediator. If resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Interpretation: Our Terms and Conditions of Use, and any dispute of any sort that might arise, shall be interpreted and governed according to the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Georgia, as well as the ethical and professional guidelines of the Center for Credentialing and Education Inc.
